Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DueRise, an AI-assisted receivables operations service provided by Pulsar Global Holdings Limited ("DueRise", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using DueRise, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business use and eligibility

DueRise is intended for business and professional use. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and, if you use DueRise for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding account credentials, controlling authorized users, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Tenant membership and role controls determine access inside DueRise.

3. Service

DueRise provides receivables workflow, invoice and customer operations, collection workflow support, communications tooling, analytics, integrations, and AI-assisted features. AI-assisted output is advisory and may require human review. DueRise does not provide legal, accounting, tax, lending, debt-collection agency, or financial-custody services.

4. Customer data

You retain responsibility for the customer, invoice, receivable, communication, and other data you submit or connect to DueRise. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to provide that data and instruct us to process it for the service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use DueRise unlawfully, attempt to bypass tenant or security controls, interfere with the service, access another customer's data, upload malicious code, abuse communications features, or use the service to harass, deceive, or unlawfully collect from any person.

6. Subscriptions, fees, and billing

Self-service paid plans are billed through Stripe using the price, billing cadence, and currency shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period when that option is selected through the billing portal.

7. Third-party services

DueRise may interoperate with third-party services such as payment, email, accounting, hosting, storage, and AI providers. Those services may be subject to separate provider terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

DueRise and its software, design, documentation, and service materials are owned by Pulsar Global Holdings Limited or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized subscription or permitted access.

9. Confidentiality and security

Each party must use reasonable care to protect the other party's confidential information and use it only for the service relationship, subject to lawful disclosure requirements. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Service availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

11. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DueRise is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and implied warranties are excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses to the extent such exclusion is permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or where required by law. You may stop using DueRise and may cancel an eligible paid subscription through the available billing controls.

13. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong SAR"). Subject to any mandatory rights that apply, the courts of Hong Kong SAR have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or DueRise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
