Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulsar Global Holdings Limited ("DueRise", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal information in connection with DueRise, our AI-assisted receivables operations service.

1. Information we collect

We may process account and identity information, organization membership information, customer and contact information, invoice and receivable records, communications and workflow data, integration metadata, billing and subscription records, support communications, usage information, device and security logs, and information you choose to submit to AI-assisted features.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure DueRise, authenticate users, maintain tenant isolation, operate receivables workflows, send authorized communications, provide analytics and AI-assisted functions, manage subscriptions and support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

3. Business customer data

Organizations using DueRise may submit personal information about their customers, contacts, staff, or counterparties. For that information, the subscribing organization determines what data is submitted and how DueRise is instructed to process it. Customers are responsible for their own notices, permissions, and lawful basis requirements.

4. Service providers and subprocessors

We may share information with service providers, processors, and vendors that help us operate hosting, databases, storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, accounting integrations, monitoring, support, and AI functionality. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to applicable contractual and security requirements.

5. Payments

Subscription payments may be processed by Stripe. DueRise does not need to store full payment-card details in its application database when those details are handled directly by the payment provider. Payment providers process information under their own privacy terms.

6. AI-assisted features

When an AI-assisted feature is enabled, relevant submitted content may be sent to an approved AI service provider to generate the requested output. AI does not determine tenant authority, canonical financial state, or payment authority inside DueRise.

7. International processing

DueRise and its service providers may process information in countries or regions other than the place where you are located. Where applicable, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical measures for such processing.

8. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.

9. Security

We use access controls, tenant isolation, authentication, encryption in transit where supported, least-privilege service credentials, logging, and other safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your relationship with DueRise and applicable law, you may have rights or choices relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Where DueRise processes information on behalf of a business customer, requests relating to that customer's records may need to be directed to that business customer first.

11. Cookies and authentication

DueRise uses cookies or similar browser storage where necessary for secure authentication, session management, tenant selection, and core service operation. Additional analytics or advertising technologies, if introduced, will be handled according to the notices or controls required for those technologies.

12. Children

DueRise is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly offer individual consumer accounts to children.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date and provide additional notice where required.
